WOMENS KICKBOXING COURSES (BRIGHTON & HOVE)

- New Tuesday Brighton Women’s 10 Week Cse starts on FEB 21ST at Wagner Hall, Lewes Road, Btn.
- New Thursday Hove Women’s 10 Week Cse starts Thursday MARCH 29TH at Rox School of Dance, Fonthill Rd, Hove.
- Remember introduce a friend to a course & get £5 off your course fees.
- If you train in both courses you get £10 off the Tuesday Course Fee.
- My drop in Wednesday Bagwork class is open to all Female Kicks Members from Karate, KB, and/or TB.
- My drop in Friday class is open to all Kickboxing Grades. It is a technical and grade based session which will incorporate partner work, pad work and/or bag work. You’re welcome to come in a bit early and go and have a warm up jog around the level to enhance your aerobic workout.
